This film is not a site promo, nor a generic “AI hype template”. It starts from the hand-drawn avatar I have used for years, and uses the broken sword’s real-time rotation to record the process of turning imagination into something you can touch; then it drops in two local AI image pulls, keeping the small surprise of watching character, lighting and materials slowly click into place through repeated attempts.
Four scenes, transitions and text motion were choreographed in HyperFrames and rendered to 1080p MP4. This is the first moving-image archive of “how I make things”; narration, a vertical cut and short versions of other works can follow later.
